Worst cut and color! I was platinum blonde and went in for a trim and few lowlights! Instead hairdresser told me that was not possible and somehow she convinced me to go brown! I chose the color on the picture I found in the magazine in the salon, and than it all began! She striped blonde out of my hair , and there I was with purple hair! Shocked but still having faith in the end I will come out with beautiful brown! She dries my hair and says go home and let your eyes get used to dark color and than come back in few days to color it! I'm thinking what a heck is this woman thinking ?? That I will walk around with purple hair ! No way! I told her to color it immediately and all that lasted for 4 hours! My hair was burgundy and I looked like a ghost! Also my haircut and blowout was horrible as well! Btw only top of my head was burgundy because the bottom was greenish! Horrible horrible! Never let anyone do this to you! It took me year and a half to get my hair back to what it was without damaging it! I will never go back to that salon! And I wouldn't give the salon any stars but in order to post this I had to check at least one!

I highly recommend Rumors salon. I decided to get a haircut at the last minute this past Saturday and the person I talked to over the phone was very friendly and was able to squeeze me in after talking to some of the stylists. I was seen by Amy, she is very friendly, and very talented. She asked me what I wanted to get done and gave me some recommendations that turned out to work much better than what I had imagined. I have very long hair and my husband loves it, but I was ready to cut more than half of it. Amy added some layers and cut down some of my length, but she managed to get my hair to still look long with a lot of volume. My husband was extremely happy with the results.

My friend recommended I try Rumors after having a few disastrous experiences at other local salons. The verdict: I LOVE RUMORS! The place is nice and clean, the employees are all super friendly and VERY knowledgeable. My stylist is Amy and she is just AMAZING. She takes my vague ideas of how I want my hair to look and makes it work with my hair type and face shape. I highly recommend Rumors for quality service.

Ive been dreading cutting my hair, but it was definitely time. I booked an appointment with Amy and she did a great job. My hair was down past my bottom and I had split ends and damaged hair from dying. Amy cut all the unhealthy hair gave some great long layers for body and styled it beautifully. As someone who is very picky about their hair and hates going in for a cut I would definitely recommend this place.

I am new to the area and desperately needed a cut! They gave me an appointment right away! My hairstylist was Sheila, she was awesome! I had had a vague idea of what I wanted and she was great to bounce my ideas off of. Not only was she very knowledgeable, she also gives a great cut! I love my hair cut and think I will be going back for a color in the future!

Diane Jan27,2012 I could not be happier with Rumors salon .The salon is nice and clean the staff are all very friendly and I have the best stylist Heidi she does a razor cut on me and she does an amazing job I get so many compliments on my hair even from other stylists!! I would recommend Rumors to everyone.

I have been going to Rumors for 2 years. I have very short hair and love to keep it that way, and without looking scalped, TIna gives me a beautiful cut that is flattering and meets my husbands desire for short and sassy! Love it there! Great place, clean, professional and good service.
