At first, I was very happy with their service. They got back to me right away and seemed genuinely happy to do the work. But then, when I needed them to do a larger job, I never heard back. I called and left messages 6 times. I wouldnt have kept calling, but they had already gone through the trouble of mapping the knob and tube in my house. Then I got a mailer! It was extremely informative...but I still havent heard from them. I even called one more time after I got the mailer, but no response. Being in contact with this company has made me confused and upset, and I started out with very high hopes.

Great service. Paul came by within days after the initial call to give us an estimate on a recessed lighting project. Everything was done professionally, and a few days later we moved ahead with the project. The project itself came out great - they made sure we were happy with the lights and the placement - and it was all clean and easy. Highly recommend them.
