We have been super happy with the Generac generator installation and service contract with Cox Electric. They came last year explained everything on their iPad app to customize the type of generator that we needed for our whole house. They took care of each stage of the installation and the town certificates and the gas hook up along with all of the complex wiring in the basement. We still laugh when we go by the sign at Home Depot that explains do it yourself installation for whole house generators. We are reminded every Wednesday afternoon that our generator is working like a charm as it runs an automatic test. There is no better peace of mind than looking out the window and seeing that little green light on our Generac during a severe rainstorm, ice storm, windstorm or a crazy snowstorm.
