I called them to evaluate a house generator in a home I had just bought. They came out and decided it needed to be replaced. They sent another guy a few days later to go through the house which he did. I was told Id get an estimate in a week. That estimate never came and they dont appear to be very good about returning calls. Here it is about 2 months later. Ive paid ~$150 bucks, wasted some time following these guys around during their two visits and have nothing to show for it. I cant say Im impressed.

Chamberlin has always been good to me. They were the only ones who could figure out the problem with my generator that two other companies failed to fix, and when I had to delay paying they were extremely nice about it and let me pay in small amounts over time. Theyve always been very nice, professional, and skilled. I use them for all my electric work and couldnt be happier with them.

great job installing the standby generator, however the installers damaged our sprinkler system (pipes) while digging and has not reimbursement us for the repair. Lots of water wasted last year from a busted pipe done with a shovel. Send several emails and left several messages. They acknowledged the issue but wont resolve it thus far over 1 year later.

I will never do business with Chamberlin Electric again! I had them install a generator and they are so unresponsive especially when there are issues. As I found out the hard way it is so important to have a reputable company install a generator and it is not Chamberlin Electric!

Chamberlin electric is my go too after my generac 20k was installed by another company and wouldn't work Chamberlin came in and and fixed it should have had the right people update it first it would have been much easier

Very poor customer service. I dropped off my generator for repair and picked it up 2 months later after they never touched it. They try to sound nice, but they didnt return calls and made lame excuses.
