I have been going to Middleton Dry Cleaners for well over a year, between my husbands clothes and my sons clothes for prep school. I have given Joyce and her husband lots of business. Today I came in with one of my husbands brooks brothers dress shirt that I picked up on Tuesday and I showed Joyce the damage (a one inch tear on the sleeve) she immediately said she has never seen this shirt before. Then goes on to say her machines cant do that. Then she calls her husband which comes from the back extremely aggressive and says to me that this shirt is old and he had to sew it...what? My husband wore the shirt twice and both times they cleaned it. And also while all this is going on I have my 7 month old in my arms. I demand my other clothes and grab them. Joyce runs from behind the counter and tries to grabs them from my hand. I never once asked for money for the damaged shirt, I was showing her the shirt and we could have worked something out, but after how aggressive they both were towards me and her babel about God is watching and whatever, I just wanted my clothes and to get out of there. I cant believe the way I was treated after all the business I have given them. Customers beware!!

I brought in a suit and sport jacket to be cleaned and the woman worker tried to charge me for 2 suits and a blazer. After straightening that out, she said it would be ready on the following Monday. Of course it wasnt, so I came back the next day to pick it up. Again she tried to overcharge me and I had to show her the original ticket to pay the correct price. When I got home I saw lint and hair all over the backs of both jackets. I wont return.
