I brought two of my favorite designer dresses to this place. Shredded the fine lining material of one, so I decided I would not use this place for dry cleaning again, but I had a small hole by the seam of the zipper on another dress, so I sent it in just for a small stitch repair. The dress came back shredded in two places, and not even on a seam! I cant even imagine what happened to it. I sent it in to have a small easy repair job done and it came back unwearable. I am baffled. They must go medieval on fabrics here. Owner just denied and denied, even when I showed him the cover up job on one of the holes that matched the stitching on the zipper. Still denied. Also denied refund for botched "repair" job. I am honestly beside myself as the dresses are not replaceable. If you have any fondness for your clothes, stay far, far away from this place.

I dont have the most experience in the world with dry cleaning, but I do know that these guys did a pretty good job on the few things Ive given them so far. Nothing out of the ordinary -- just usual wear stains around the collar, minor spills, etc. -- and they took care of me nicely. The turnaround was a bit longer than Im used to; I dropped off on Friday and picked up on Tuesday. They do a fantastic job ironing and dont use an exuberant amount of starch. The clothes came out smelling fairly neutral rather than that nasty dry-cleaner smell Im used to from other places.

Highly recommended. I brought about 300 shirts to them over a year and a half. All of the shirts were well cleaned and pressed and none were returned late.
