Stopped by today to drop off my winter coat. It was my first time visiting Cleary Cleaners. When I walked in I saw a lady in the back part of the store sorting clothes. She saw me walking in, so I decided to wait for her to come over to take my coat. I was standing with a coat for several minutes while she continued sorting the clothes. She looked at me several times and did not even make an attempt to come over. Not even "Hello, I will be right over". After I looked around and read all the notes on the walls I just left. I think it definitely shows how Cleary Cleaners "care" about their customers.

I think the lady who works there would like fewer customers. Can not stop talking about how busy it is there we stopped at 530 to soon for the 6pm pickup I could see our clothes but was told to come back. the several times I went friday and Monday only one other person but she could not quit talking about how busy they are as if it was so distressing for her so I left the bag for discount there and plan to go elsewhere.
