A Need

First time going to this place. Brought in a vintage 1930s dress to be dry cleaned. Customer service was pleasant. Like the electronic system. Reasonable prices. Item was ready on time. Now for the results: Probably should have waited for the shop owner... It came back smaller. Deep wrinkles in the silk and the huge tears in the lace. Making this.dress not wearable or require hours of mending. So disappointed. A one-off situation Im sure but be still what a bummer. Im sure routine items are fine. The people working there should know what questions should be asked because I myself am no expert dry cleaners.

The owner is essentially a chemist who really knows his stuff (and is happy to share his tips with you!). The staff are very friendly and before you know it youve been chatting with them for half an hour. :)

John is awesome!! I had oil based paint spilled on a new jacket and he was able to get it out, without a trace!! So courteous and professional. Prices are reasonable. Turn around is also amazing!! Best cleaners, by far!
