Unfortunately many of the clothes I brought for wash and fold were lost. While they were able to recover my clothes my girlfriend wasnt so lucky. Over 500 dollars worth of clothes were lost and while the owner was apologetic when it came time to pay she only gave us half the 10Xs what we paid contract because she seemed to think we got most of our clothes back. She claimed we received over half the clothes, but being the poor establishment that this is she didnt even weight the clothes we were given back! It also took over 3 weeks to get the clothes and be done with this awful experience. She also insinuated we were lying about how many clothes we lost which is very unfortunate. We were willing to try again with them expecting this to be a fluke accident, but at the 9th hour she made us feel like thieves when it was the fault of the cleaners who lost all of the clothes.

TERRIBLE. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. 95$ for three bags of sloppily folded clothes?!?!?! They dont even smell nice and I am missing SO MUCH stuff. Oh and not to mention I brought a blanket in one of my bags they said "theres no comforters in there, right?" but there was. So I said "yes" and proceeded to take it out. The lady stopped me and said its okay if there is. Then when I went to pick it up, I owed 30$ for washing a comforter. So now I spent 125 for TRASH. DO NOT GO HERE. I cant wait for this place to open tomorrow so maybe I can get the rest of my clothes!!!!

Ok quality, very dishonest on pricing and turnaround; dropped-off a suit for pants and sleeves minor alteration, was told that they did not how how much it would exaxtly cost, but it will be reasonable and ready in a week. A week later it was not ready. 2 weeks later it was there with a surprise bill of close to $100. They also said that their website coupon was not valid as it was not presented in time. Wold not be a repeat customer. I hope that this business changes their policy as a result of this review.

This is the most professional and most affordable cleaners that I have ever dealt with. They are extremely skilled at getting out dirt and stains that other cleaners were unable to get out. They cleaned a precious vintage table cloth that I was really worried about and did such a fantastic job that it was almost not recognizable. The staff is very warm and friendly as well.
