Its been many years since I used any dry cleaners, and I was so pleasantly surprised at how things are changed for the BETTER. How welcoming the staff are, being handicapped they help me in and out to the car with smiles on their faces....I get emails, no more pieces of paper to lose!! I recently had some alterations done and the everything is just right. So keep up the good work...I love Dependable, have not changed my mind since I wrote the above review I so enjoy Lisa and Yara and now the taylor its like a big happy family and they are so good to me helping me take stuff out and put in to my car as I have a walker...its a great branch on Adams st and I am still using it...I alike theway they keep you informed about whats going on....THANKS!!! see you soon Helen

I was impressed with my experience with Dependable Cleaners. I dropped off a down coat at 7:30am and I was told it would be ready after 5 pm that same day. I was pleasantly surprised. I went the next morning to pick it up and forgot my receipt. The clerk told me that it was not a problem and looked it up for me. The cost was about what I anticipated it would cost. The clerk then asked me if I would like to take a look at it to make sure I was happy with it. As I was on my way to work, I declined. The clerk was pleasant and the experience was the best I have had with dry cleaning.

Brought in my favorite "Patriots" jacket for repair of a tear on the arm & was promised the job including dry cleaning in 5 days. T0 my surprise, I got an E-Mail that it was ready next day and the repair was perfect - cant even notice where it was torn. Ill bring all my dry cleaning & alterations here from now on.
