Im very direct and have lots of questions in regards to how my clothing is handled. With that said, I appreciate their patience and understanding when I go over what is expected of their service when handling my garments; dry cleaned and tailored professionally. From making sure the pins with tags doesnt pierce my expensive pieces, to identifying with me all of the stains I wish to remove. They greet me all the time following with "how are you?" That makes me feel acknowledged and willing to conduct business with them. I am also flattered they make an effort to remember who I am through my repeated business with this location. So much that they stopped checking for my name in their data base, and already know for sure what clothing I have to pick up the moment I walk through their doors. And a cool thing they do is staff pick the most interesting pieces that are ready for pick up, then place them at the front of the racks holding all of the clothing for others to witness

I do not usually write reviews but after being so disappointed with this place I decided I should warn others, when I went to drop my clothing off the service was below average I had to stay for about 10mins, pay up front, and I felt completely overcharged, $60 for 6 items, mostly plain tank top. Thats when I should have left, the next day when I was on my way to get the clothing the manager left me a message saying that my stuff would not be ready until the following day, when I called back he had an attitude and said that although there are still stains on my clothing, I probably wouldnt notice them and I can pick my stuff up right then if I wanted too. Bad attitude much! Finally, when I picked my stuff up almost a week later there were visible stains on two of my items. Never again.

I would like to give 3.5 stars, but thats not an option... DC didnt get the coffee stains out of my yellow coat as I requested at drop off, and in the cleaning process pressed one cuff wrong in the sleeve and, more importantly, seams came open under the arms. However, the manager called me personally and is having his tailor repair the seams, so there was an attempt to make things right. I do wish they had tried harder to get the coffee stains out- I dont feel like they were any lighter.

I must say I was beyond pleased by the civility that each worker within Dependable Cleaners had. “Customer Service” seems to be a dying phenomenon, but Dependable Cleaners certainly has it! I am usually leery of dry cleaners, due to my passion for clothes, but I must say my items were laundered to my expectations. I only have one qualm and that’s the lack of starch that I requested for a garment to be ironed with, nevertheless I am pleased with the service and the work. Thank you. -GiGi

Ive lived in Brockton, Brighton, and now Hyde Park. I must drive past 25 dry cleaners from wherever I live just for the GREAT SERVICE at the Dorchester location. The manager, Francisco is very informative and is always ready to help me or remedy any issue Ive had (which has only been 1 or 2 over 3yrs). But I absolutely love Dependable Cleaners and will always dry clean my clothes there and refer anyone I can.. Thank you.. Tyrone Walton

The customer service is great and I enjoy the email reminders. However, when I got home and took my blazer out of the plastic, I noticed some fairly obvious food debris that was still stuck on the lapel. I was able to scratch it off with my finger and there was just a tiny trace of a stain. Also, it wouldve been nice if we were notified of your delivery option as we could certainly use it.

I love the customer service at Dependables-Savin Hill. The staff their acknowledges you as you walk in and are always willing to help. I would like to recognize Ashley, who kindly greeted me by my first name (it was my first time using the dry cleaning service). Overall the location is always clean and the staff there always does what they can to make your laundry day easy.

Very overpriced, especially if you want to do wash dry and fold. Staff is pretty rude and it can get pretty crowded in here. Plenty of faulty machines. I had angrier run the timer but not actually dry my clothing. And another time the machine ate my laundry card. If they didnt have wifi and discounted washing machines on Tuesday and Thursday I wouldnt go here at all.

Since I moved to this area from Quincy a few years ago, I find this laundry very well kept, staff are professional, and I appreciate that when I put $20 on my card, I receive a $2 bonus, and tuesdays, wednesdays, thursdays is cheaper. Helps a whole bunch when you have lots of clothes to wash. Thank you to the Owners and other Workers.

Well i had a brand new pair of pants hemmed and they gave me the ticket and when to pick them back up. Few days later i came back and they couldnt find them. My clothes were in the process of being delivered when i never requested them to be delivered. I had to come back the next day to get them. I wouldnt go there EVER AGAIN!!!!

Im writing for the one in Dorcheter Ave This is the worst laundry to come.....if youre family or a friend of the staff you get to wash, dry for free or even get washer and dryers faster than any one in the building......and if you know that is going to be busy get more people to work.

Clean and comfortable place to do laundry the only thing awkward about this place is the staff shouldve clean lints from dryers at the end of the day instead of doing while customers still drying their clothes and you can see dust flying all over the place!

Been doing business here for many years and would never go elsewhere. First the customer service is beyond a 5 star. I love Francisco the manager!! Secondly, if a problem with stain not coming out they will keep trying but this hardly ever happens!!

I had a set of drapes hemmed and drycleaned. They came back exactly the length requested and they look like new. I saved a ton of money over other seamstress shops and they look like they did the day I bought them, 5 years ago. Excellent work.
