Lured by their soft opening 50% discount, I went to this cleaner to clean my skirts, coat and down jacket. They actually did a pretty decent job EXCEPT for my down jacket. They ruined the fur on the jackets hood. Theres a part of the fur about 2 inches long that looks like it was trimmed or cut off with a scissors. Basically theres 2 inches long of fur that is GONE! It doesnt really show at a first glance with the fur lining being very fluffy, but when I look carefully theres definitely some fur GONE. I didnt realize this until I wore the jacket for the first time after being cleaned, which was quite a while after I got it back from them. So, I didnt claim the damage. I didnt know what to do. Didnt know I could ask for a refund. I really HATE the fact that they pretended as if everythings ok and thought I wouldnt find out. They did not tell me that something had gone wrong with the jacket let alone apologize and give a refund.

I used to go to this store until they have a new employee this year. The lady is super rude and do not show respect to customers. There are so many dry cleaners around that I can go and get better service for the expensive price I am paying. I do not recommend this place at all.
