THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE. I went in on a Saturday, after being told my drycleaning would be ready on the previous Tuesday. When I got there, the woman working the front desk told me that there was a huge stain on a $300 blouse I gave them to be drycleaned. There was absolutely no stain on this blouse when I gave it to them!!! When I asked to see the blouse, she said that they sent it somewhere else - this is 5 days after I was supposed to be back to pick up the shirt in the first place!! She told me to come back on Monday, and that I should trust her. She refused to tell me where the shirt was sent, and things got heated, culminating in the owner making what sounded like a death threat to my fiance (their accents were horrendous so were not positive). Finally, miraculously, another woman who worked there happened to walk in with my shirt (Im assuming someone put in a call), so the first woman slowly tried to figure out how much I owed for my other drycleaning - I still paid them that and had no interest in trying to get out of that - while her husband or co-worker colorfully screamed at us to get out. I might add that she is probably the stupidest person Ive ever met, and took about 5 minutes to give me my $1.95 in change. I second the previous review and have never dealt with such rude and frustrating service before either.

HORRIBLE SERVICE & BEHAVIOR!!! Ive been there only twice and my experience was the worst ever. The first time seemed to be okay, but its on the second time that things got really crazy. I took two of my shirts to get cleaned and ironed. I went back to pick them up a couple of days later and I noticed that one of my shirts was ripped right under the collar. The button under the collar was missing and there was a cut 2 inches long right where the button was supposed to be! The other shirt had some small rusty iron stains on it. I kindly showed it to the lady in charge there and she accused me of lying and told me that the shirt was already ripped and that the iron stains were already there!!! I couldnt really understand her accent anyway. I then kindly asked for a refund (the shirts were fine Italian shirts and NO, they werent in those conditions when I brought them there). As soon as I said so a man walks up to me and starts yelling at me to get out, insulting me in every possible way almost threatening me. The lady started yelling at me as well, so I decided to get out of that junk hole with my ruined shirts. I suggest NOT to go there, EVER!!!!!! Ive never been treated so poorly!!! I completely agree with the other comments below!!!

These people are HORRIBLE. I brought a pair of pants to have the zipper replaced (and paid $20 to do so!) when i got them back theyd put a cheap zipper on them which broke 10 minutes into wearing them. I brought them back and the man who owns the place told me it was my fault and when i disputed that he pointed his finger in my face and told me to SHUT UP. ive never dealt with such rude, frustrating service and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT NO ONE EVER GO THERE OR EVER USE THEM. They should be shut down and put out of business for their service alone, but their work isnt even good either!

These people are horrible. You would be better throwing your money away then going there. If you do so at least you would spare your self the irritation
