Nice people. Terrible service. Didnt deliver on deadlines 3 times on the same item and barely made any effort to fix it. I dropped off two suit jackets and pants for tailoring and dry cleaning on a Monday. I was told I could pick it up on Thursday, 3pm. Great! I have a major event Im being honored at that night and a company holiday party on Friday. Leave work early and show up at 4pm on Thursday. They spend 15 minutes trying to find my stuff. Nothing. They say that maybe it was all sent to dry cleaning, in which case it wouldnt get dropped off until 5:30 tonight. Wait, 5:30? You told me 3pm. Fine. Whatever. Sucks, but not the worst thing in the world. They tell me theyll call me by 5:30 at the latest to confirm the whereabouts of my clothing. Its 6:30 and I havent heard anything. I call them and they say they confirmed its at the tailors still and they messed up the dates. I can pick it up tomorrow. Okay, at least Ill have it for Friday nights holiday party. Friday at 5:30pm rolls around and I call them up to pick up my clothes. They say "Oh, we actually wont have your clothes until Monday because the tailor got sick and couldnt alter them." What do you mean? She wasnt sick yesterday when you had already promised them to me. There goes wearing my jacket to the two most important events of the year for me to actually have it. They promise the clothes to me on Monday morning. Saturday rolls around and I stroll in there with my girlfriend. My clothes are ready. Why didnt they call me to tell me that? I would expect at this point, for a $142 order, they would have it together enough to give me a ring considering my stuff basically went missing. I tell them about my entire situation and they offer me $5 off. Are you kidding me? Thats the best you can do? I keep my cool and try to reason with them to give them a chance to do the right thing. The woman apologizes and says shell call the owner. She talks to her and comes back to me with...$10 off total. What a joke. Awful service. Bad communication. Terrible at owning up to mistakes and making them right. Dont get me wrong - the people are nice and the work was well done but man do they offer miserable service. Do not support this place. I was open to a positive outcome but they fell flat on their faces.

Seriously. Freaking terrible. Like, same situation from above. They told me when it was done, and when i got there, opps, cant find it, searching for like 30 minutes until FINALLY, they find it. I was in such a rush, i go home and "assumed" it was all done. So, tomorrow morning rolls around and i go to take the pants out of the bag, and what do i find? The pins still in the pants and it wasnt even finished! .... really... Ugs..The girl is really nice, the guy doenst have a clue what he is doing. I feel like its one big disjointed place were some stuff works, other stuff doesnt. I did another pair of pants and the same situation. They give you a time and dont even follow through with it nor call you up when they said they would give you a ring. Stupid man. Any good review of this place is probably from the owner.

When I came here, it was because reviews I had read on Yelp and elsewhere had said that their prices were lower. However, their prices are only slightly lower than the 1-2 other cleaners in the immediate 1-2 block vicinity but slightly higher than the prices of other cleaners up the street (up Huntington Avenue) past Brigham Circle (on the #39 bus line). The woman at the counter was very pleasant, fast and efficient, and knowledgeable. 2-3 day turnaround for 5 shirts and two pairs of dress slacks seems reasonable. $2/shirts on hangers (more for boxes shirts) $5/slacks

Service is rubish. Older guy that works there gives probably the worst service ever. Had to wait for 5 days to get my suit back, its was misplaced and he didnt even care at all. They offer terrible service for the same price as competition in the neighbourhood.

Came in for an emergency mending and they were more than accommodating. Nice folks too. Cant comment on the dry cleaning, but I am grateful for their service in my time of need.

They have shoe repair service. Though they send them other place. You can get them back within 5 days if that is simple heel change.
