Horrible customer service, I wish I could give them a 0. I had to go back 3 times to get pants hemmed correctly because the lady measured them wrong both times. This was my second trip and the guy called my phone saying I needed to pay again in a disrespectful tone although they were the ones who measured them wrong.....

Ive been going to Spots Cleaner for years. Its a family owned business and more often than not, youll be helped by the owners. Customer service is superb. Quality of work is exceptional. Highly recommended!
