One of the best customer service experiences Ive had in a while, and the best from a dry cleaner. I needed dry cleaning for a suit expedited for a wake in an almost unrealistic time frame, but EZ-Way cleaners did it with a smile anyway. When it was ready, they were unable to reach me via phone call, so the owner went out of his way to text me to let me know my dry cleaning was ready, and they would be closing early due to a snow storm. I was able to pick up my suit just in time! EZ-Way Cleaners did a phenomenal job scrubbing the dreaded sweat from the collar of my dress shirt and even provided replacement buttons for my suit. I will be getting all my dry cleaner done here for now on.

Been a long time customer, prices have gone up and the quality of service has gone down. Negative experiences over the past month from damaged clothes, cleaning poorly done and no call back from the manager as promised by the customer service rep. Im disappointed to say the least. Looking for a new cleaners.

I went to wash a dress and the attention was excellent!!! the employee and the manager were very kind, polite and very nice people. I highly recommend this place .
