I have never written a bad review before, and have previously been pleased with this cleaner. But I recently brought a delicate knit sweater for cleaning, and after I got home, I discovered it had a small hole that had not previously been there. It was in a conspicuous place, and I am 99% sure I would have seen it, as I wear this sweater almost every day. As knit unravels rapidly, I immediately returned the sweater back to the cleaner and explained that I believed it had been damaged in cleaning. They would not consider that this was even a possibility. I was first told that their tailor could mend it, at my expense. When I asked if they could help offset this extra charge and inconvenience on my end, they refused, the manager came out and then said they have no tailer, and showed me the door. I did not appreciate "the customer is wrong and trying to take advantage of us" default attitude that I was shown.

Ive tried quite a few dry cleaners as I am a transplant here. This one has by far performed the best service and at a very reasonable rate (again Im new to the area, things a bit different out here). I havent told them about a specific stain and when I got all the clothes back it was gone. This is my go to spot as long as they keep up the service, and since Ive seen the same guy every time... I think they will.

Quality, quick service. Prices are just above average with normal turnaround times on dry cleaning. Have note tried them for alterations yet.
