RUDE!! Ive Been here before! Today I Was On Lunch break stopped by to ask if anything could be done about a stain on my shirt i was wearing, ALL she says Is NOOO. Literally, thats all. Not No Sorry, Not even Hummm Let me check,- No Reason Why No!! -NOTHING!!! I was like OK, Any advice on what I can do? What they MAY be able to do... ANYTHING? BUT NOPE. she just Left it as "NO"!! NOT EVEN A GOODBYE! THATS THE LAST TIME I GO THERE!! Customer service Goes a long way with people,!! ...even If a business Cant help! A lot of businesses Dont get that!!

Since I moved to Westwood almost 10 years ago Ive been a customer of Town Cleaners. They dont just do excellent dry cleaning and laundry but also tailoring. Ive even had collars turned by them. And, best of all everything is expertly done on the premises. This isnt just some drop-off shop like all too many of the other cleaners around.

This is the best cleaners that I have ever been to. Clothes are always ready when promised and done perfectly. Alterations are quick and very reasonable. Hard working family works long hours to accommodate their customers.
