When my nephew was heading off to boarding school we had a tailor alter his Brooks Brothers Suit Jackets and dress slacks, it was a disaster 2 days before he was to leave! The legs of 4 pair of slacks were 2 different lengths, the suit jackets had been torn apart and we thought were ruined, literally thousands of dollars down the drain! The tailor was able to somehow repair the previous tailors mess and did it for us in time, over the Labor Day holiday, they truly saved us. I had a NEW white ski jacket that another cleaner said could not be cleaned, there was even a footprint on my jacket on there before I brought it to be cleaned, I brought it to Lustra, and it was better than new! I made the mistake of going to another cleaner because it was closer, I will NEVER make that mistake again. This is a family owned business they remember your name and truly give exceptional service and stand behind their work, as evidenced by all the Police uniforms and Priests robes I see hanging when I am there!

I got a dress shortened for a wedding, they messed it up (the liner was longer than the outside dress part). Then they refused to give me a full refund.
