Extremely brief, yet terrible experience here. I walk in looking to get one outfit (shirt, jacket & pants) pressed. The guy looks at me like i had three heads and tried to tell me pressing and dry cleaning is the same thing. Its not.. He even told me the press is hot and wet. He also literally laughed in my face when I said I needed it rushed for tomorrow (this is generally a normal thing you pay extra for). Ill never be back to J & D.
