Considering that this is a customer service industry, I would expect the proprietor to be more friendly. Upon first arriving, I waited for literally 10 minutes, calling out "HELLO?!" every minute or so. I could hear voices in the next room, and Im positive that they could hear me considering that I was practically shouting. He eventually came out (dont know why I waited...) and we proceeded with the transaction. I dont wear button-downs and dress pants to work every day, so coming to a dry cleaner isnt a usual occurrence for me, and naturally I wasnt quite sure of all the terminology and possible options. Every question I asked concerning the exact services I required, the man looked at me incredulously as if he couldnt believe such a stupid person could want clean clothes. The entire interaction was strained and unfriendly. I asked if he would call when the clothes were done, which he affirmed (again as though I were the biggest idiot in the world), but I have yet to receive a call and it has been over a month. I have tried calling the place numerous times and no one has picked up. I am going today to pick my things up, assuming they are actually done, and will never set foot there again. I urge you to do the same. I am not a hateful person and rarely write reviews, but know that I was actually horrified enough to go out of my way and let you all know that you should stay away.

Awful beyond description. Asked for same-day dry cleaning on one sport coat (as they advertise is possible); told was not possible. Instead, just asked for them to simply press my sport coat. At pick-up, I was *then* was told that they only accept credit card payment for $30+orders, which is not posted, advertised, or indicated anywhere in the store. As a result, I told them to charge me the minimum CC amount ($30). They "graciously" only charged me $20, even though the actual charge was $12. Disregarding the egregious price-gouging, the results were still poor. Still many creases/wrikles. Will never, ever use again. Under any circumstances for any reason.

I bring all of my stuff to them and my boyfriends and i recommend them to everyone! They are always polite to me and always get my items done on time and the tailoring has always been impeccably done.

Just so you know, I had some tailoring done here, and the Bigelow folks were friendly, patient, and very skilled.

Good dry cleaning. Bad service. ...Bullsh*t $25 credit card minimum (the law is $10).
