Brought in pants with water stains on the bottom and asked if they could get it out in one day before my flight abroad. The clerk said no problem. Next day when picking up stains were still there and I asked how come. The clerk said I have to wash them to get it out. I told him that when I brought the pants in, he didnt mention that those stains wouldnt possibly come out and I expected that professional cleaners would know if they could get something out or not. I asked for a refund and the clerk got really aggravated and refused to give me refund. After more arguing he yelled out that he would give a refund but wrinkle my pants in exchange. I refused to give him the pants but he proceeded to assault me, so I had to literary run away from him because I was afraid for my own safety. As I was leaving he was yelling at me and throwing inappropriate gestures. If I had more free time I would definitely call police and hold him responsible for the assault. Other than that Im stuck with stained pants right before my flight...

I grew up with a father in the dry cleaning business. He had an extrodinarilly successful business and was a fair and honest businessman. His business closed and for years did business most happily with Auburn Cleaners. I have continued to use Auburn cleaners for the past 25 years. The cleaning is exceptional, the help always knowledgeable, honest, polite and the owner as well as his help always go out of their way to make whatever accomodations to whatever is asked. Rush orders, a quick press only are done without question in addition to other insundry requests.I have recommended Auburn Cleaners to to friends for years without reservation and continue to do so. All all of whom have exceptionally satisfied.

Auburn Cleaners, a local, privately owned and community minded business, provides consistent excellent and reliable service. Ive brought in everything: silk blouses with intricate buttons, leather jackets, fine tablecloths, an area rug, down comforters, and the usual shirts and slacks. I also bring in sweaters and winter jackets and coats to clean and store. In the over 10 years Ive been going to Auburn Cleaners, theres not been so much as a missing button! The owner is terrific and thoughtful, even helping to carry armloads of storage items out to my car. In a world of corporate ownership of small business, Auburndale is lucky to have an alternative in Auburn Cleaners.

I have had nothing but great experiences from Auburn Cleaners! My most recent experience, I brought a dress in that I had only worn once that had been stained by an outside deck on the back of the dress. Within a day of dropping off my dress it was ready to be picked up with no stains. It looks as though I had just bought the dress right from the store. All of the associates were so kind and friendly. I would definitely recommend everyone to take your dry cleaning here!

Auburn Cleaners has been my go to dry cleaners for longer than I can remember. The owner is very friendly and does good work. Always very welcoming when I show up. Auburn cleaners is an honest business that provides excellent work and a friendly and inviting atmosphere. They are also very involved with the community which is a huge plus. Its good to see there is at least one solid and honest small business still left. I would recommend auburn cleaners 100%

I have been getting my clothes dry cleaned for 7 years now. I have tried all the major chains out there, and it just isnt the same. Auburn Cleaners is an honest business with sincere employees. After only a few weeks, they employees knew me by name and knew how I wanted my clothes. Unlike some other chain cleaners, medium starch actually means medium starch. They always handle my order with pinpoint accuracy and efficiency. They have never let me down.

I have never been to a better dry cleaners then Auburn Cleaners. I first found this little gem a few months ago and have been doing business there since. The employees are extremely friendly and nice. Going to Auburn Cleaners isnt like going to any other cleaners, its like going to see a friend. The owner is a great man and enjoys good conversation. I wouldnt have my dry cleaning done anywhere else.

I have always been 100% satisfied with my experience at Auburn Cleaners. My family and I have been using them for years because of the great service and quality work we receive there. Couldnt ask for more out of a dry cleaners. Two years ago, my wife brought in her old Ugg boots that she thought were ruined and they were able to make them look brand new again! Highly recommended!

Auburndale Cleaners is fantastic! I have been taking my and my wifes clothes there for years, shirts, pants, dresses, etc. they also do a great job on down comforters! Someone else mentioned the amount of starch, its spot on! Light starch means light starch! Theyre not on my way to and from work anymore, however i still go out of my way to bring my clothes there!

I wanted to like them. I prefer doing business with local places, and I figured this would be a good place, because it is convenient to where I live. I dropped off dress shirts for cleaning and pressing, and it was like they never cleaned them, and just pressed them. They came back crisp and pressed, but with my cats hair still all over them.

I wont go anywhere else as long as I live in the area. Ash, the owner, does everything he can to accommodate you. He even stayed open an hour late for me one night because he knew I had a flight the next morning. Great service, great people.
