I never will do business with this establishment again. I dropped off military uniforms for drycleaning over a week before I needed it. The cashier told me that they would be available the following Tuesday night (I needed it by the following Friday). I came in the following Wednesday and the cashier told me that the uniforms would be ready that night. I came in on Thursday morning and the uniforms still werent there; another cashier told me that he personally would be picking up the uniforms that day and that he would get them soon. I stopped by just before 5 and another cashier told me that the uniforms would be there at 5. I came by again around 630 that evening, just before the laundromat closed, but my uniform still was not ready. At that point I called the owner personally, and he assured me that the dry cleaning of the uniforms would be on the house and that the driver would deliver the uniforms to my house personally, but that he could not arrive before 830. The driver finally did deliver them...at 1030 PM.

I brought my mattress cover here because it was too big to fit into a home-sized washer/dryer. After I picked it up, I kept it in the plastic bag the laundromat provided and stored it for a few months. When I opened it up, it was moldy! And wet. Apparently, it was not dried all the way. I went back and asked for it to be rewashed but they couldnt get the mold out. I asked for a refund -- never mind they ruined an $80 article -- and I did not get a refund for the service. Instead, I got the run around. The number given me was not the owners but her brother-in-laws -- and then I couldnt reach anybody. The owner was not to be reached and the workers insisted that the damage was done when in storage, though I brought the cover back in the bag to show it was still in there and assured them none of my other linens were damaged. Not to mention, Id notice if my hope chest was somehow wet inside. The way the situation was handled was totally unprofessional.

We used this place for washing sheets of our vacation rental in Middletown, RI. They do an okay job, but not great compared to other wash and folds over the bridge. Before a trip, I left my credit card information with the owner of the place, after being assured that was a regular practice, so that my cleaners could drop off dirty sheets and pick up clean ones for the turnover. He wrote all of my information, including my security code and zip code, on a post it note. At two subsequent pick ups, the girls that work there told me that they did not have my credit card information. On the second occasion, I pressed where it might be and was told that the owner may have taken the post-it to his house. (???!?!!). Unprofessional, irresponsibly managed, possible identity theft, I will never ever frequent this business again.

The Middletown location is very clean! The new dryers work amazingly and the staff have always been able to help with any thing I needed! A good majority of the machines will work with a credit/debit card which I feel is easier than quarters!!!! I would highly recommend using this laundromat!!!! I have also used their dry cleaning services and have no complaints!!!
