I know it can happen. Id been a customer for about three or four years. The owner kept telling my husband and me (we inquired at different times individually) to come back at a different time to talk about payment for the lost dress when we inquired about it. The dress had been worn once by my daughter. On my final visit the owner told me an employee had told him that she had paid my husband which as not true and he had no proof that was the case. So regarding giving excellent customer service, I would say zero. On the last visit I told him I would never be back and havent returned. Im going to a different place down the street.

I went to pick up my dry cleaning and the shoes and clothes were lost. I told them I would come back in 30 minutes, which I did and they found my clothes. They hemmed them that day and delivered them the next day to my house. The shoes look amazing. I am honestly impressed. They look just like new with new heels. The dress is a little short, but who cares I will wear it with flats. Happy with the customer service. Monica that works there is sweet and awesome. Will give them another go...

The staff there have done excellent work. I take my dry cleaning there every week and have never had a problem. Even when I make special requests they are courteous and professional. Now I can drop off shoes there for Superior Shoe Repair. Cant ask for anything more!
