This was my first time using a dry cleaners before. I decided to come to The Cleaner Spot because of all the positive reviews. Im so happy with it. I took in one of my favorite fall jackets and a dress to get cleaned. I took it in on Monday they told me it would be done by Thursday, that was fine with me because I didnt need them back right away. They took amazing care of my clothes. The jacket looked like it was brand new and they got a stain out of my dress. The only reason why Im giving it a four star is because of the price of getting to pieces of clothing done. It was almost $40. Still though Im very happy and I would come back again if I had to.

Completely disappointed with this place. I went in to get my dress hemmed for a wedding, nothing crazy as far as alterations. They tried to charge me $160 for a hem on a chiffon dress with two layers and a press!! The tailor proceeded to tell me "oh ok, I can take 20% off then". But STILL!! Definitely going elsewhere to get my dress hemmed, dry cleaning services as well. I have been in several weddings with some dresses needing way more alterations and it didnt cost nearly as much. The tailor even took the pins out of my dress before I left!! What a rip off!

This was my first time using a dry cleaners in this area and I had a great experience. I found them using Yelp as their reviews were so positive I decided to check them out. I met the owner who shook my hand, was friendly and pleasant when explaining all of the services available and walked me through the process. When I went to pickup my coat was pristine and looked great! I will definitely be using them again for future needs.

I was extremely impressed by your store, from the way it looks (clean and well organized), to the friendly customer service. When the young lady knew it was my first time there, she said "Welcome to our store!" The store has a nice vibe to it. I picked up my clothes via the drive up, and that was extremely convenient. The same young lady was there, and she was extremely friendly again. Thanks for a nice experience

I appreciate how attentive you are to the notes I leave with clothing articles to be laundered. I recently dropped off a pair of pants which contained oil and ink stains. Both were removed! Your services are a welcome relief. I do not have the time or the skills to perform as competent a job as you have proven yourself, over and over again, consistently capable. I love this place. The staff is always friendly and my clothes are always perfect. I can assure you that in 10+ visits I"ve never had any problems with the staff and their "broken" english; they all spoke perfect english and if anything, they are almost too polite. Ive used the tailor twice with great results as well. I would def. recommend this place. The hours are fantastic, but the prices seem a tad high.

My clothes were given back to me with missing buttons and blood stains on two of my shirts. They also had a musky and overall yucky scent to them. I nicely asked if I could at least get my money back for my ruined clothes, and was told to "go somewhere else."
