Damaged shirt and wouldnt acknowledge and rectify issue. Very onerous customer service experience: damaged shirt? Okay, mail it back to us so we can inspect (despite me sending a picture...so they dont believe their customers). Then instead of actually inspecting the shirt, they wash it and send it back and charged me to clean a shirt that was clean to begin! And now they want me to send it back AGAIN and cite that its beyond their "14 day claim policy" because of all these missteps so corrective action isnt guaranteed. Who checks all their garment immediately after getting them anyway? If you use Zoots, I guess you should. Cant make this up!

Terrible experience. Left my dress shirts with them three times and on all three occasions they presumably dried them with so much heat that all the plastic buttons were literally crumbling to pieces. Moreover, one or two of the shirts also took considerable fabric damage as well, effectively make a half-year old shirt look like a two-year old.
