I brought in a pair of jeans to be hemmed. First, the hem was sewed crookedly. Secondly, they unpinned where I had the desired length to and wrote down the wrong measurement after writing me a new receipt because they "spelled my name wrong". When I went back to have it fixed, they said it wasnt their fault and tried to charge me full price to have it re-hemmed. This place is devious, and the staff is very careless and rude. I only wish I had been more aware of the sketchy service when I first went in.

Ive been using Winchester Cleaners for about 2 months. Ive been very happy with their prices and their friendly service. They also do tailoring and I was very happy with the work. My only complaint is that their tailor (the owners wife) is hardly ever there and it can be challenging getting in the same time she is.

I have been using this dry cleaner for the past 4 years and have found that the prices are below the larger chains like Antons. The guy at the front desk has know my name when I walk through the door. It is a pleasure doing business with WInchester Cleaners.
