I moved to West Medford last year and started going to Nu Way cleaners since it was a local business, near where I live. Everything was fine until a sweater I brought in with several other items never got returned to me. When I realized it wad missing and asked after it, the woman insisted it was impossible that they had it and that I should check my closet again. I did, and when I came in to pick up other items a couple weeks later I explained it was still missing, and could she please look for it again. She flew off the handle- I actually had to put my hand up and ask her to please stop yelling at me, to please retrieve my other clothing and that I would not be coming back. When she returned with my shirts she told me to check my closet again. The notion of the customer being in any sense right was completely lost on her. It's a real shame- I'd like to give them my business, but no way now.

I brought my clothes here for 15+ years ever since I moved to this neighborhood - at the end of Warren St. Even when I relocated to Wellington Circle area, I still came here for my dry cleaning. Then when Val sold the business, the cost to launder ladies shirts skyrocketed and I have not been back since. Val is truly missed!! !

Terrible experience here. Brought a rug here-Took a month to supposedly get outsourced cleaned. Picked it up undid plastic and the sand and dirt shook right out of it. Never even cleaned after waiting 4 weeks. Would not recommend this cleaner.

A long-time Medford business staffed by diligent and helpful local. Very convenient to West Medford MBTA stop (especially from the east side of the tracks)
