This place really sucks dont take your clothes there look for an other alternative. People are irresponsible unprofessional disrespectful at this place. I paid for a service that I wasnt rendered. .I just moved from Miami and had a job interview didnt have pants so I went and bought some. I was looking for a place to get them hem and I found this J & P Cleaners so I called because I wanted to know if they do original hemming so the person that answer the phone told me that they did so I took my pants there. When I got to the place I ask again the young man at the front if they do original hemming he said yes so I left him my three pants one of them was Chinos and they told me it was going to be ready on Monday this was on Friday my work interview was on Tuesday so I went to pick up my pants on Monday the same young man told me that they werent ready because the seamstress was out sick. I asked him why didnt he call me to inform me of this so he lied and said he called and that my phone was busy. Its a cell phone I have voice messaging. So I went and picked up my pants and they were not iron as I asked them to and the hemming was not the correct one. I told them that the hemming was wrong and that they messed up my 110 dollar pants so now it was a lady and she said "oh we had to take it to another place to get it hem because the seamstress was still out. So she just kept on justifying herself and blaming other people for the mistake. So I asked to speak to the owner I called Jose Vargas and spoke with him and he said he couldnt do anything about it. I asked him for a discount and he told me " I already had to pay someone else for hemming your pants It already cost me money but I am going to talk to my employees to see what happened with your pants" So I was upset by now I wanted to show him how they messed up my pants and I asked him if I could show him the pants and he told me that he was in his other business so I told him to give me the address and that I will go there and he didnt want to. So I had to go with jeans to my interview and nobody in J & P Cleaners wanted to take responsibility of my pants.not even Jose Vargas the owner.

No for real this place really freaking sucks.. I brought my uggs to get cleaned and it just had a little water damage to the front of the boots and I wanted to see if they could get it out.. Mind you I only wore the boots once which means they were still new! I asked would they just clean the part with the water damage he told me yes. Two weeks later when I go to pick up my boots they look like they got put into a washer machine and were left outside to dry then I asked what happen and the guy proceeds to say that they look way better than when I brought them in. Like how!? If I wore them only once!!! And tried to tell me they had salt from the snow!!!!! What snow we just entered NOVEMBER. And he tried to charge me for the damage

I should have read the reviews before leaving my precious dress there. I wanted it for my birthday party, came back without the belt attached which cinches the waist, the most important part...then they said they couldnt fix it! Really?? No discount was offered so I basically paid to have my dress ruined. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!! Update: I took my dress to another cleaners, they fixed the belt for me right on the spot! Said they couldnt understand why the cleaners I used didnt fix it. This place has 5 stars reviews. I should have used them first!

If I could rate this place 0 stars, I would. UPS was dropping my packages there since its the closest UPS Access Point. The only issue with that is none of the employees knows how to use the UPS scanner and/or can never find the packages. To top that, they are unfathomably discourteous and boorish to customers. One time I was told, "I dont have time to find your package. I have other things to do..." while the employee just stood around doing nothing.
