Brought an expensive beret to them fo cleaning.When I picked it up,the man there told me that they could not clean it because of the material in the inner band.He claimed that he brushed it off & would not charge anything.Later,however,I discovered that it had indeed been cleaned & shrank.Upon my return with the beret,he denied its having b een cleaned. The truth & basic ethics do not apply at Classic(?!!!) Cleaners -
