Although we sometimes have trouble communicating because they dont speak a lot of English and I speak zero Spanish, the staff at Mr Clean are great. On one occasion one woman left the place open an extra half hour just so my roommate and I could finish drying our clothes. Another time, the coin machine broke and ate my $10 bill- when I told this to the woman working there, she left the store and came back 3 minutes later with her hands full of $10 in quarters. So nice of her! The machines are decently priced for Boston (the smallest ones are about $3.50 or 3.75). Another thing I love is that its literally around the corner from Target, so you can go and do some errands while youre waiting for the machines to run. All in all, recommended if you live in the area.

If you want your dirty laundry back no better than it came in, use this place. After reading positive reviews, I chose to use this place for laundry service. Friendly people but terrible results. I dont think they used any soap! I think they just threw it all in together and pressed start. Definitely no fabric softener used. When I pointed it out, they just offered a blank look and no attempt to remedy.... at the same time I left a suit for dry cleaning which I picked up a few days after the laundry and that too was a poor job. These people simply dont care about providing good standards.

Washers cost $4.00 - $7.25 (depending on size) Dryers are a $0.25/5 min. Theres a change-machine that takes $1, $5, $10, & $20. Walk over to Target in between loads.

Washers and dryers are vastly overpriced. Also, the laudromat is not air-conditioned, which means that in the summer its a veritable roasting pit.
