I had my snowblower rapaired there because the gas had gunked in the carbourator. I took it in and explained the problem and asked for a "tune up." 2 weeks later when I go to pick it up they have a bill for $240 to get it running!! That was more than the cost of the snowblower, and they didnt bother to call to see if I wanted to go through with the repair. Interestingly, "parts" were only $61, whcih included a new belt (which it didnt need), spark plug and oil. For the $175 bucks of labor I asked the guy who fixed it what his rate was, and he responded "we dont have a rate, thats just what it costs." What a crappy bussiness. Exorbant rates for which they cant justify, and not even the decency to call when a repair cost more than the value of the device.
