Nate went above and beyond! I had called earlier in the day, not sure exactly when I would be available for his visit. He listened to me and assured me, "no problem as long as you call by lunch we should be able to be there this afternoon, if you need us." As it turns out I called after lunch and spoke with Sean telling him, "I understand it is late I can wait until tomorrow." Nate was on the road, he would have Nate call me. Nate called me right back and advised, "sure, no problem I can be there today". He followed up with another call and advised me he was about 20 minutes away, although it seemed more like 10 as before I knew it I saw his van pulling up. :) That was my first impression> stellar customer service! It gets even better>he quickly assessed the situation and it is very obvious he has been in the industry awhile with his extensive knowledge and expertise, this guy is good. He was speedy and professional as well. Oh yeah, all of this PLUS very personable too. If I ever need again will be sure to call Tri State! :) Expert service along w/stellar customer care, all with a "no worries" attitude and smile. :) Thanks Tri State!

As a owner of a shop in Hampton NH one can only imagine how bad it would be when you need to open your shop and the lock will not work for you to get in! on this particular day I was frantic to get a hold of someone! and to make things worse! it was a Sunday! called tri-state and as i was waiting for a call back I was able to get into my store. Nate called me right back, so professional so understanding, and told him that i had been able to get into my store, but at some point could he look at it. I was so happy to see both he and Sean walk into my store and look at my lock! they were able to make it work until I am able to replace, they were so great ! its rare these days to be able have someone go above and beyond just because they cared!!! if I could give them a 6 or 7 star I would!! one of the best customer service companies I have ever dealt with and I highly recommend if you have any issues that you need a service such as Tri-state please call them first! I couldnt believe it I called numerous locksmiths this past weekend, this was the only company who answered the phone! They were polite and professional, they discussed a rough idea of what it would cost to have the locks changed in my house. I learned that I didnt need brand new locks, but that they could re-key my existing locks for much cheaper. Also, they told me ahead of time that I could save money having them out today (Monday). As this was not an extreme emergency I was happy that they did not take advantage of my calling on a weekend with a panic since I hadnt been able to get a hold of any locksmiths. Really happy that I had this company change my locks.

I had a situation that some of you Im sure can relate to.. I had a roommate move out & I came home to find my front door left wide open and no keys left behind.. After several unsuccessful attempts to have the keys returned, I googled lock smiths in hamptom.. After reading a couple of reviews I called and spoke to Nate and explained my situation.. Nate said no problem, he could meet me at my house in 20 minutes. So 1 hour after I called & spoke to Nate I had 2 new locks, 4 new keys and most importantly I had peace of mind and you cant put a price on that.. My mother in laws house was broken into during the holidays, we needed help fast to make the house secure and safe again for her. Nate fixed us up with all new deadbolts, knobs, and keys on News Years Day! He was very helpful, professional, and compassionate to our needs! He also gave us a lot of good advice about how to make the house less accessible to burglars. I would highly recommend Tri-State Lock, they are knowledgable and affordable.

I was in a bind and couldnt open my business last Friday. I was afraid of completely breaking the front door lock & not being able to lock up at the end of day. Tri State Lock came out and got me in immediately so I could open my business. They also replaced the lock with hardware they had on there truck. Incredibly easy to deal with, super responsive, worked around my schedule, and most importantly, extremely skilled at their craft. I was locked out of my desk for week and tried a million different ways to get back into it. The guys from Tri-State arrived and had that thing open in 5 minutes. I called them on Monday needing two locks installed and keys made. They were able to schedule me in on Friday and even called early because they had a cancellation.
