Do not go to these guys they will rip you off! I have one of the more expensive locks, the one that requires a code, and I looked up the rates online for locksmiths. Never should you have to pay even $200 for this key. I went through AAA and first they brought me to someone who lived an hour and a half away that reasonably charged me $250 because he would have to drive. I figured that Id wait until the morning so that they could refer me to someone closer for a better rate. They referred me to H&H which tried to get me for $400! I told them that I wouldnt pay that so I went to AAA again. AAA mistakenly referred me to H&H again and, not knowing that I was the same person, charged me $450! Do not go through H&H because they will rip you off, enough said.

This guy is the worst. Besides having to go to court 3 times for beating up women he also over charges. $185 just to open a lock that anyone else charges less than $75 dollars for. Im saying opening a lock is basic 101 for locksmiths. He recently was raided by local police and had his weapons confiscated. Also many of the reviews above are by his friends. Call H&H and ask the guys name. It is Eric who posted a good review but never mentioned he is a intern at H&H. The guy Troy Hartson is a phony. Dont use his business. He recently broke into my Facebook. He will break into yours.

People may say H&H is expensive but he provided quality service AND products. I knew nothing about the locks bought from most hardware store was a cheap junk which made sense as they often fail within a year or two. Horrible. Not until I called H&H and explained why. Very prompt, straight forward and professional. Highly recommended!

These guys were great. fast and responsive with a fair price. We had a lock fail on one of our commercial buildings and they were there when they promised and instead or replacing the lock, fixed it at a lower cost. I just called them again to go help one of our commercial tenants.
