Heres an account of my first trip to Hollys Sudbury branch. The woman behind the counter, Emma, could not have been nicer or more helpful. She took my info down as a new customer, and when she input my birthday "so I could be sent coupons" she said she was born in the same month as me. All I had were four shirts and a pair of shorts on which the button had come loose. I asked her if the button could be fixed and she said she would do that while I waited (which I was not expecting). She took care of a customer who walked in then went to the room to the side and took care of the button. I asked if there were any charge and she said none. You know how you feel when you find a new restaurant, have a great dinner and waiter or waitress, and then when you get the tab its less than what you thought it would be. Thats that my first experience at Holly was like. All positive.

This place was more expensive than what it seems others around are and was definitely the most expensive I have ever paid in my life for a pair of dress slacks to get dry cleaned. Worse is that it wasnt even the best dry cleaning Ive had as I found a mark on these fair new pants. Even for laundered shirts they are on the more expensive side, but at least so far those seem like they are well done. The best thing I can say is that their hangers are the best Ive ever gotten from a cleaner. I will continue my search for a good value cleaners.
