note: this is a trend... check out yelp also! After taking a brand new blouse that I wore only once to the dry cleaner, they lost it. Although the owner admitted to losing it, he still has not compensated me for his mistake. The dry cleaner is: Ann Cleaner, located in Newtonville MA, and Wellesley, MA, and owned by Livon Tanakejian of 10 Fessenden Rd, Arlington, MA, After contacting the owner, he stated that he “would look into it and get back to me”. Unfortunately he never did. After 4 discussions that we initiated, he still will not pay us for the blouse. I am now opening a small claims suit against them. I have receipts that show the purchase amount, the receipt from Ann Cleaner, and even recordings of the conversations where the owner admits to losing the shirt.

These guys have been great so far. Im generally dropping my dry cleaning off a month worth at a time atSupreme. Theyve never done me wrong. They never poke holes in any of my clothes for a cleaning tag, they never lose or miss place anything. All around a great job.
