The only way I could write this review was to give a star. They deserve -10 stars, but because thats impossible, I gave the lowest star. This is my first and last review Ill give on any place. I just thought Id share my experience. I got my nails done for the first time ever at this salon. Now, I came in, it was very pretty and appealing. I chose the color I wanted and got a full set with a matte finish in the coffin style. Traditionally, coffin style nails are long so I got just that. They looked beautiful. I messed up a nail and the tech I had fixed it. I was flattered. The first photo is what my nails looked like Monday when I got them. Beautiful. The second was the same week Saturday at my job. My acrylic nail had lifted up more than halfway up my nail and was able to be tugged right off. I called Sunday early morning to ask if I could come in to get my nail fixed free of charge because I didnt intentionally break it. It just popped up. I expressed that if it wasnt going to be free of charge, I had no problem paying because I just wanted my nail fixed. The "manager" asked what had happened and reiterated to me that it will be free of charge but if it was intentionally pried off that it wouldnt be, which wasnt my case. I came in and got my color after struggling to find it and she fixed it for me. I brought the nail in with me to show what happened and the same "manager" I spoke to on the phone came over during my service to ask again what happened and we all laughed about it. She picked up the nail and suddenly starts saying: "Too long, nails are too long, when the nails are that long, theyre not long guaranteed, too long, too long" repeatedly for about a minute and loud enough that people getting serviced way in back of the salon could hear her and started staring. She took the nail over to her coworker and would say "Too long" and then speak in her native language, which was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. You dont scream a customers business out like that. Very embarrassing look for her. While this is happening, the nail tech finishing my nail is talking to me and I look up to find diagonal from me, one of the nail techs are giving me an ice cold stare. At-least 5 of the techs came up and asked how I was which was odd because when I came the first time, nobody came up to me besides one girl excluding my nail tech. I left after my service and will not be returning her. Im not one to pull a race card but definitely seemed a little prejudice to me. I was not happy with the way it was handled and I do not think they are a good salon. Hopefully you took the time to seriously look over my review and thought several times before going to this place. Thank you.

This is my favorite nail salon in Mass, hands down! As soon as I read Sarah M. review, I knew I had to come by. I fell in love, and now I already booked an appointment for next with friends. I look forward to my time here. - Atmosphere. Exposed brick and light flooring will welcome you instantly! Great lighting throughout - this is no cave. - Cleanliness. This place doesnt have a fleck of dust, and I am confident you wont get an infection here. - Technicians / staff. These ladies are paid fairly, which is the main reason why I support this establishment. Theyre all skilled. The receptionist at the front desk is a rock star - she will do her best to fit you in. - Online booking. Soooo easy. My schedule is constantly changing, so its nice to be able to schedule/cancel outside of business hours. - Easy payment. I keep a card on file (no risk of ruining that pretty mani), and tipping on card. This is a place to relax and unwind, so please dont have a long conversation on the phone! Youre ruining it for others!

I thought that this salon was so clean and lovely. Also, the staff was very friendly. However, the lady who did my eyebrows didnt really take the time to ask me how I like them and "mhmed " me through the session. It took her maybe 5 minutes of her pushing and pulling my head back and forth, for her to finish my eyebrows. At this point, I just wanted to leave and get them done elsewhere. I gave her a big tip because they looked good in the mirror on their wall (she didnt give me a personal mirror). I got to my car only to find that she didnt even shape them or anything; just took off a little extra hair. I dont even have an arch and my brows still look overgrown. I dont think Ill be returning to get my brows done again; not for the $10 service and $5 tip. Sorry :(

Went in to get my manicure done and was very pleased with this salon. From what I could see the techs working here are very pleasant and sociable. No one was rude to a customer at all. The salon is very clean and smells really nice. Didnt had to wait long till a nail tech came and walked me to her station. She was very gentle with me throughout the manicure. Very focus on making sure my nails looked absolutely prefect. She also comply to all my wishes on how I wanted my nails to be painted and what designs I wanted on them. When she was done, I was fairly pleased with her work. She did a wonderful job! Highly recommend this salon! Best services ever!

First time having my nails done at Beauty Nail and Spa and i really had many positive experiences about this place today. First of all, they had everything i needed and expected from a nail salon. I had Classic Manicure/Pedicure at reasonable price and my nails came out perfect. My technician was very friendly and took her time to go through every details on my nails. She made my nails look so fancy. The price was surprisingly cheap for such a high quality works and products. The interior was clean, bright and well decorated with plenty of space and modern tools. Im totally in love with this place and definite will be back whenever im in town again.

Please do not allow the star to mislead you. This place is deserving of none! While the issue of race has come up in quite a lot of places in this country, at a nail salon is where I least expected it, especially when my intention was to get a pedicure for my birthday. My pedicure was completely messed up and my nails were jagged. In response to my gross disservice, the manager and later brother-in-law, demanded I pay full price. I was being accused as a thief, a liar and a freeloader , where I was told clearly that "my type will not be allowed back" (as if there were any doubts on my end). So please save your money and your time.

My friend brought me here today for the first time and i had a feeling that this place will be the only place ill get my nails done. The place was neat and clean. Their services were absolutely good and went above my expectations. People here greeted and treated me very well when i walked in and that made me very happy. I got Full Set Gell for $45 and it was so worth every penny. The color on my nails turned out perfect and look so beautiful. My technician was very patient and attentive during the whole process. The price was fair since they used high quality products on me. I definitely come back soon.
