Service quality was good. Got a timely estimate. Actually this was the only place that gave us tips on keeping the place prepped so the cleaning could be effective. That showed that they were interested in getting the job done, not just spend time and charge for it. Professional estimate too. I have left out one star because I was not able to get a confirmation email about the date and time, which left me restless until the day the cleaning was done. On the day they came too early. Sounded like they would like some flexibility on the timings based on their work load but that could inconvenience clients. Hence they stay non-committed about exact timings. But you get a rough time frame, e.g. morning/evening etc. But theyll arrive when they arrive.

Nearly impossible to get an in home estimate with rescheduling, not showing up, and finally showing up late. Cleaning was very badly done, hard floors completely untouched. Junk left in kitchen sink. Tried to call to resolve, with no response at all.
