I was recently involved in an accident and was unsure of what steps to take next. A friend of mine recommended Midway Collision. Right from the start i knew i was in great hands. They helped me through the entire claim process. They helped me file the claim, they walked me through what to expect and answered all my questions. On the day of my appointment they had a rental car waiting for me and were able to tell me when i should expect my car repairs to be done. Midway kept me informed the entire time my car was under repairs. When the repairs were almost done they contacted me so i would be ready. On the day the repairs were completed i was able to have Midway return my rental car. Not only was there great communication, customer service, a super friendly atmosphere, but the repairs were amazing!!! You would never know the entire left side of my car had just been repaired. My car looks new! I will recommend Midway Collision to everyone i know!
