The internet is absolutely wonderful for those of us who have been hit hard by the economy! I purchased a new Honda Civic in July 2009. As you are aware, it has been financed for 6 years. The waranty that comes with the care is only for the first 3 years of the six year contract. I could not afford to pay repair bills and car notes at the same time. So as the original service warranty came to an end, I begin to search for an extended warranty. There are many out there but who knows what is legitimate and trustworthy or not. I wanted a contract that I have faith in and that is not a scam. The Honda dealers here in Little Rock, AR want astronomical prices beginning at over $2000. They do not sell Honda Care contract but others that I have never heard of. I guess that they can make more money on those than on Honda Care so I began searching on the internet for something that maybe I could afford. I found Saccuccihonda and was absolutely thrilled with their prices. I researched the company and even called Honda Care to be sure that this was legit and to my surprise it was! I contacted Saccucci and was e-mailed the quotes. It was a wonderful experience. Gardiner Reynolds is a great person to deal with and the transaction went thru without a hitch. I highly recommend this company if you have to be aware of every penny that you spend. I am awaiting the arrival of my contract and know that my car will not be a worry for me until after it has been paid for. I want to thank everyone at Saccuccihonda for caring about people. I know that they are in business to make money but sometime you do not have to steal from everyone just to make a profit as so many companies today are doing today. If I lived close to Rhode Island I would make them my company of choice. Thanks again!

Was looking for hondacare for my 2012 Odyssey. It was very hard to find a dealer who takes a decent profit and provide a great plan. Even with the purchase of my Odyssey(where they made money from my purchase and my trade-in), the dealer was not giving me a better plan and price. I went through different online forums and found about Saccucci and their commitment in providing affordable coverage. To be frank, Im glad that I did my part of research and reached Saccucci. Gardiner Reynolds from Saccucci helped in getting the right coverage that I needed at the right price. For the price less than what my dealership charges for a 6yr/80k miles warranty, I got "8yr/100k + Sentinel plan" from Saccucci. Its quite hard to find dealerships like Saccucci which are committed . I definitely will pass the word and will definitely recommend Saccucci for who ever is looking for a Honda Care plan. If you go to saccucci honda website on the About Us section you will see: "Their motto was and still is "our reputation is your protection" and they wanted their customers to feel good about their purchase" And I can say that they live upto theis statement. Any gripes???: Not really. I send couple of emails to the email address mentioned in Saccucci website and there was no response. But whenever I reached them directly over phone, my questions were answered and got email reply also. Looks like the cancellation of existing policy and taking a new one requires some extra steps. So if anyone is trying to reach them over email, i will say better try to reach them over phone and you will be a happy customer.

I had finally decided to purchase a Honda -- never owned one. After reading the reviews from numerous sources, I elected to buy the Honda CR V. I planned to keep it longer than usual . I started researching for extended warranties before going to the dealer. I found three dealerships that offered Honda Care online, one of them was Saccucci Honda. I requested a price list from all three and Saccucci had the lowest price. I went to the dealer that offered the best internet price. To make a short story shorter -- the business manager offered an extended warranty that was not even Honda Care. He wanted to charge me $2,300 for 60 mos / 60K miles with a $100 deductible, I told him I would pass on the offer, because I was going to buy it online. I just wanted to buy the car and get out ;p He insisted on knowing the price that was offered online. I told him the price for 84/100k was $845 with $0 deductible. I actually told him the price with the $100 deductible and for a second I thought he was going to offer a lower price...lol. His last ditch effort was to tell me Honda had stopped all dealership from selling Honda Care online. Well then...we shook hands and I drove off with my new CR V. I will most likely buy my next Honda (9-10 mos) there, awesome dealership, but overpriced extended warranties ;) But I know I will purchase Honda Care from Gardiner Reynolds.

Awesome service. We purchased a new vehicle from a dealer in California and we got the standard hard sell on an extended warranty. Our local dealer wanted an outrageous amount initially and pretended to negotiate down to their cost. They also told us that we wouldnt be able to buy the warranty elsewhere and if we wanted it we had to purchase it at the same time we bought the car. We ended up taking this warranty purely to get a better deal on the vehicle price, extras, financing and the amount we could put on a credit card. Fortunately I knew I could cancel this later but didnt realize that Honda Care themselves wanted me to go back to the original dealer and get the managers signature on the cancellation document. Clearly this would not be a pleasent experience. Saccucci Honda to the rescue. I asked for a quote online and got quoted a grand less than our local dealers supposed at cost price. But it gets better. Saccucci Honda cancelled our existing contract with a mere click of the mouse and I purchased the exact same extended warranty hassle free for a thousand bucks less using my credit card. In this way I could keep all the incentives from the original dealer that I would have had to negotiate forever for and got an extended warranty for a much more reasonable price. I am extremely happy.

I bought a used 2009 Odyssey Ex model and needed extended warranty for the same. I searched the internet for warranty from various honda dealers and third parties. I came across only two dealers displaying Honda Care SVC warranty price information, one of which was Saccucci Honda. I purchased the Honda Warranty for 5/100k for 1365 dollars which was a great price compared to other Honda dealers except brandfonhonda whose price was lower than Saccucci Honda. Till date the Business Manager never contacted back from Branfonhonda CT. For most of the Honda dealers I contacted for warranty, I had to leave a voice message to the Business Manager as warranty is only dealt by Finance Business Manager. It is hard to get in touch with the Business Manager as always he is busy. Some Managers did not even contact back. Those who contacted back quoted higher price around 17500 dollars. The unique thing about Saccucci Honda is they have an alternate method of purchasing the warranty by scanning/faxing/email a purchase order form. All the queries and information can be done via email. I was able to purchase the warranty by emailing the order form. Highly recommended!
