Absolutely amazing experience with their service dept. I recently moved here from FL and was unfortunately used to an overly busy, "conveyor belt" style service dept where I felt like a number. I was constantly dealing with damage to my car (especially wheels) on my brand new Prius v Five because the techs always used pneumatic air guns to carelessly remove/install the lug nuts...obviously never using torque wrenches to properly tighten my wheels per Toyotas service manual. Long story short, this FL dealer ended up buying me 4 new wheels because their constant inattention to detail destroyed the soft aluminum around the lugs on premium upgraded 17" wheels that I payed quite a bit extra for. Complete disappointment to say the least! Their excuse was that they didnt have time to properly torque lugs by hand on every vehicle that came through their service bay...pretty sad for a Toyota dealer where you would expect them to comply with their own specs - let alone ensure safety compliance on one of the most important aspects of a car. Due to my previous terrible experiences with the unnamed Pensacola dealership, I came to Premier armed with specific instructions on hand torquing my lugs and requested no pneumatic tools be used. They happily complied! No attitude and no excuses! They even had a window where I could see the techs working on my vehicle. This dealership is extremely clean - with a state of the art service bay and a highly professional staff. The employees are all very nice and seem to genuinely care about my happiness and the well-being of my car. They take pride in their work. Another added surprise was their welcoming customer waiting room which was stocked with cold bottled water, an impressive fresh ground coffee/cappuccino/espresso/latte machine, and free wifi. It was a pleasurable experience and they topped it off by running my car through their car wash before handing me the keys. Awesome place for service...you wont regret coming here! Thanks Premier Toyota for restoring my faith in a wonderful car company. I cant comment about the buying experience here, but if its anything like their service dept, Id venture to say its probably a good experience. If I was in need of a new Toyota, I would be 100% confident in doing business with these guys! Very, very impressed. Thanks again, you made my day:)

Do not bring your vehicle here if it has any aftermarket hardware on it, especially Jeeps or lifted trucks. Basically $100 was stolen from me for an alignment that was not completed and I will not be returning. As a previously very happy customer I am very disappointed and angry in my last experience with the service center when I brought my Jeep in for an alignment after replacing some steering components with heavy duty parts. I had identified that my steering stabilizer needed to be adjusted in location because it was limiting traveling to the right. I was in a rush putting in the steering stabilizer and didnt adjust it properly. This was noted and I left while I thought the stabilizer location would be fixed and my alignment done. When I returned I was told that my Jeep was unsafe to drive due to limited steering travel to the right and they couldnt do anything because it was aftermarket parts. Mind you these are the same as stock except heavy duty. Its not like I had a drag-link flip or anything "odd". The person at the service desk said that the technician did adjust the alignment "as best they could". I was charged for an hours worth of work which I thought was still for the alignment. They clearly didnt know what they were talking about when I asked if the steering stabilizer was adjusted and I was in no mood to argue so I paid and left thinking the alignment was taken care. When I got home and adjusted the steering stabilizer myself I found that an alignment had not been performed at all. The toe angle was still off and my steering wheel was still a little off center which I noticed when I left. I will not be returning and I can not recommend anyone with a non-stock vehicle bring it here for repair.

On May 8th I was recommended to by a friend to go to Premier dealership after informing her of the horrible people and service I received at Empire Hyundai in Fall River, MA. I had an old vehicle that had over 120thousand miles as my only equity. After speaking to Nissan they recommended and also walked me to their Toyota/ Scion section because they believe one of their vehicles is what I would really like. I really appreciated their honesty and they were not rude or pushy at all. I was introduced to Mark Correia and he was very kind and calm. I was already frustrated from having a horrible day from being haggled and harassed by Empire Hyundai but he and the entire staff were wonderful at making this entire process as easy/simple as could be. He was through on what I want/need in a vehicle and also passed on my vehicle to his estimate department for an evaluation. We discussed my credit and options while being treated with respect throughout the entire process making it all such a successful quick time. I ended up with a new lease vehicle with a great plan the following day. I love my vehicle, the entire process I had with Premier Toyota, and the service I received from all their staff (even those in training)and especially the client representative Mark Correia. They made me feel great about my decision and not one regret. They also ensured my confidence that I can handle a manual and after three days I am a pro. I am happy to continue my service with this dealership and recommend all potential buyers to visit them. If you want to hear some funny stories and work with someone well, do not hesitate to ask for Mark.

Prices are pretty good for a dealership, and work seems to be high quality, but in my 2 visits, they only did 1 of 5 things I asked for correctly, and I had to wait an hour for a ride home from one of my drop-offs. I asked for a synthetic oil change and got regular oil, asked for a quote on adding cruise control on both visits and didnt get it either time, and asked for front rotors to be resurfaced, but they accidentally replaced them. The only thing they did correctly was replacing my front brake pads. They did only charge me for the regular oil change and the resurfaced rotors, but then I felt guilty about using my $50 coupon since they were writing off about $200 on the rotors, so it still cost me $50 more than expected (my choice, but their mistake pushed me into it). Anyway, seems like theyve got good mechanics/technicians, but terrible communication between the service writer and the mechanics. Get what you ask for in writing so you dont get overcharged when they do the wrong thing. I couldnt deal with a 3rd set of stressors, so I took my truck over the bay to a local place in Warwick (Brocks) to have cruise control put on and amazingly, they did it right on the first try for about 1/3 less than what I think a dealership would have charged (cant say for sure because I never got a quote...).

After coming from a very large dealership in nearby MA, we came to Premier Toyota in Newport to comparison shop. The vehicle we came to see was very well priced, which we later learned is what Premier calls Pure Pricing- basically no-haggling needed because its already priced to sell. This was great, as we had already spent hours playing the back-and-forth game at the other dealership. The service we got from Mark Correia was great from the very start and we were treated with respect. All the pricing, including how trade-in values are calculated was very clearly laid out and explained/shown to us- there were no mysteries like at some other dealerships. You really get the feeling that they are a service-committed dealership that wants to make their customers happy, not just get over on you any which way they can. The sales manager Oscar was great as well, and when we showed up at the dealership 10minutes before closing, they actually stayed almost a full hour later to continue working with us. Overall it was a great buying experience (and Ive been to quite a few other dealerships over the past few years.) I would definitely come back to this dealership the next time Im in the market for a car. Very personalized service, and great pricing system.
