Horrendously Stupid. Needed a jumpstart. I called. They said $40. I told them I only have an Amex and a Mastercard. They said they can only take cash not credit cards for amts less than $90. I told them I had no way to get cash from my cards as I dont use cash-advance. I further told them I have an Amex Gold and a Platinum Mastercard - with excess of $30K credit limit. They hung up on me. If they had actually asked for $90 Id have gladly paid for the jumpstart. Too stupid to run a business. Call Pro-Tech Towing in Waltham instead. They take credit cards - especially Platinum colored ones.

The workers and the owner of this company are customer service idiots! They also stole my belongings and then lied about it! And refused to give them back to me or let me get anything out of my car! They also verbally intimidated me to leaving the property because they did not like the fact that I knew they were wrong. This place is a joke and I feel bad for anyone who has to deal with them!

After my nearly being killed by a drunk driver hitting us head-on, Waltham Auto Tow had the presence of mind to rifle through the armrest storage area and pocket a $10 roll of quarters from our car. Stay classy, Waltham Auto Tow.

Unprofessional! Rude! Expensive! When I expressed disbelief at the cost for towing, the employee said they charged that amount only because they werent legally allowed to charge me more.
