Colonial Auto Body was excellent to work with in the repair of my Chrysler Town & Country. The staff took care of everything...they worked with my insurance company to get the repairs done in a timely manner. I was impressed with how welcomed I felt when I went to retrieve some things out of my van as well as when I went to pick up my van. The staff goes out of their way to make sure you stay in the loop of the repairs and how long they will take. Should any unexpected issues arise, they talk with you before making repairs. If I should ever need more body shop repairs, Colonial will be the 1st place I call.

I was a bit hesitant because our insurance company sent us to Colonial Auto Body to get our estimate before we could select a shop to repair our car. After going there and reading the reviews on line we decided to have them do the repair. They scheduled me just a few days later and completed my repair on time. The car looks perfect and also looks as if it were detailed inside and out! What a nice surprise! Very professional and helpful staff to work with as well. I would definitely recommend Colonial Auto Body to anyone who needs repair work done.

Dropped it off on a wedesday, gave it about 2 weeks called on a monday, told us it would be done wednesday-thursday (never got a call.) called wednesday they said it would be done friday! Got a call friday morning saying it wouldnt be done till monday because they are letting the pait dry and said they would call first thing monday morning! Here it is monday never got a call, we called them and they said they have to wait for some more small parts and they dont know when it will be done now.

Quite possibly some of the most efficient car repair service Ive ever had. They took care to make sure that I could make as few trips as possible - one to drop my car off, one to pick it up. They finished repairs much earlier than projected, and the car looks absolutely good as new. Everyone there is patient, friendly, kind, and understanding. Would unreservedly recommend this place to everyone.
