I got my repaired from these guys as Insurance evaluator/appraise was next door and I thought repair would be faster as approvals will come by next door. When I visited them and showed my car they said jo would take atleast 10 days to finish. I said fine, as I had rental coverage from Insurance. However they returned repaired car after almost 20 days.. I had to pay 5 days of car rental out of pocket. Moreover they called appraiser thrice to reevalauate and ask for more monies for repair. It was fishy and sounded weird, it was rear collision and only bumber had to be replaced. I believe they ended up replacing bumper, hood, radiator, bumper support. I didnt trust them, but I had no other alternative. I wont go here again and wont recommend it to anyone. The worst thing in all the episode that they were very rude every time I called them to ask status about my car. One time they kept me on hold for more than 30 minutes. And everytime I spoke, no one had clear idea what was going on with my car was asked to call day after.

Came in for an appraisal of simple scratches and left with a broken piece from my bumper courtesy of these guys. Im no fool, and I intimately know my car inside and out. Ive taken my front bumper off numerous times. During the appraisal, the guy hit my bumper hard repeatedly with his fist till he broke a retaining clip. Luckily its one I can easily replace without needing a new bumper, but he passed it off as a sign that my whole front end was in need of replacement like I was a clueless idiot. He claimed it would probably need a new bumper and possibly new headlights (which werent even damaged in the least and are easily $1k each). He also was actively looking for other issues (stating my car was too low, that something must be wrong with the suspension...which is undamaged and factory stock). He also dropped the word "deadly" during the appraisal and insisted I submit a claim to my insurance. FOR A SCRATCHED BUMPER. No wonder insurance rates are so high in MA. Steer clear of this place.

Very polite & professional. They replaced the three scraped panels for my Mazda 3 after an incident with a concrete column in a parking garage. Color is a perfect match, and they finished a day early on the repair which was very helpful for me as I was heading out on my honeymoon the next day. I highly recommend GM Auto Body.
