I was referred to Jenn at Tangles by a close friend. I was pleasantly surprised with the atmosphere. It was very welcoming and not stuffy like some other salons I have been too. I did not have to wait for my stylist. Jenn is very knowledgeable and listened to what I wanted. She made suggestions and gave her reasons for the suggestions. She also was the first stylist to ever mention that well water can bring out redness in a blonde coloring and suggested a shampoo to use to held keep the red at bay. As Jenn was highlighting and cutting my hair, I noticed that she was the "go-to" person. All questions seemed to be fielded through her and she had the answer to every question and she handled it all with such kindness, Her willingness to help her fellow stylists was refreshing. Im not sure if she is the manager there, but if she isnt she certainly would be a great candidate. No doubt she would do really well if she had her own salon also. Ultimately, I got the color and cut I wanted and feel as though I made a new friend in the process. Ive been searching for a salon like this for a long time. Prices were reasonable as well. Highly recommended.

I love this salon. The people are extremely friendly. The prices are great. The atmosphere is also very nice. The only reason I did not give them a perfect rating is because they try to push the product in the salon too much. I feel pressured and uncomfortable when they push and push to get me to buy a certain shampoo or styling product. Im sure they are given a bonus or a percentage for product sold, but this really ruins a relaxing day at the salon.

Amazing, polite and helpful front desk staff. My stylist was incredibly knowledgeable as we discussed the best options for the look I wanted. Made me feel so at ease and comfortable coming to a new salon.

I never go to this salon anymore because I dont feel comfortable the girls in there are very unprofessional and I always feel like they are judgeing me on my apperance..I will never return to this salon!
