I had a groupon for a haircut, style and full highlights, and I was very disappointed by the service that I received. I had Brielle as my stylist and she was distant and not very personable. It was clear she was making conversation because she had to as she would ask questions without even listening to the answers. As for my hair, while the cut was nice, the color was barely visible anywhere but my roots. My hair is naturally black and I wanted red highlights, and now you can see red streaks only at my roots and nothing in the rest of my hair. When I called for a correction they told me that I had to pay more for a mistake that they made. Overall, I found the staff judgemental and not into the hair jobs that they received and only excitable about it if the customers were willing to pay more. This was my first time getting highlights and I am not happy with my experience. In response to your reply: I did say that I wanted highlights that would be covered under my Groupon, however no one told me anything about a two process color that would make it brighter. All that happened was I told her the color I wanted, she looked at the picture, said okay and walked away. When she came back and started to put the color in my hair, she started to tell me about how it may fade after a few washes, but I was never asked to do the two process color. And when I was offered to have it corrected, I was told it would be an extra $50, and I did not feel it was fair to have to pay to get their mistake corrected.

Wish I could review the hair services but I am unable to do so. This review is for the poor customer service I received. I was late for an appointment, the weather was bad and it happened. I knew I was late and I understand that schedules are tight at times. However as soon as i walked in the receptionist was rude, and did not greet me at all. I said my name, she looked at the clock above the door, looked at the stylist who didnt say a word to me either, looked at the computer, looked at each other again. I said your clearly annoyed, and the receptionist said its not our call we have to get permission. Which is fine, but its how it was conveyed. They were so annoyed that I was 10 minutes late, but couldnt offer a solution besides saying can you reschedule. I was there for a full highlights, cuts & blow out. Why not ask if only the highlights could be done, or just the haircut? The receptionist is the first impression of the salon and between her and the stylist its clear customer service is not important to them...I wont be going back.

Lisa B and her amazing staff helped to accomplish the most beautiful hair and makeup for my wedding at st Clements castle! They really made us all look so amazing! I would highly reccomend them!! They were all very friendlyand the salon is a clean peaceful environment!
