Made appointment arrived within 10 minutes. Location was closed before scheduled time (posted time). I called the stylist and left a voicemail asking to reschedule. Received multitude of texts with attitude. I was offered one time slot that I was unable to make and when attempting to reschedule I was told there was no openings for months or longer. Search for hair care elsewhere. Unprofessional, disrespectful, rude and uncourteous. Clearly by the response I have received you can see the kind of behavior you can expect.

In two+ years, Melissa has taken me from long hair to short hair, precision cuts to a more contemporary "messy" look. She does it all, and does it with expertise and the eye of an artist. She is so detail oriented that I look fresh-from-the-salon even into week-six of a cut, getting as many compliments just days before my next appointment as I do on the day of the initial cut and style.
