My husband has been going to this Supercuts store for going on 13 years now. Since the birth of our boys, they have gone there too. The longevity of our relationship with this store is what I base my opinion upon. Overall, I think that this store is great! Sometimes, its messy, but they are very busy typically, and all that hair getting cut off has to go somewhere, right? They DO sweep up periodically. Some of the stylists are just not as good as the others. This opinion is based upon experience, not personality, or hearsay. If you know whos working, you can request that more talented person-plain and simple! I will continue to give them our business. Theyre reasonably priced, conveiniently located, have great working hours, and very pleasant staff!

I just had the worst experience getting a haircut...ever. Ive gone to this Supercuts many times, and have had many great stylists and haircuts, but this time I had the unfortunate luck of getting Shari. I could tell she was in a terrible mood right from the start. She yelled at me to sit back in my chair, even though I already was. Then, as she was rushing through my haircut, she started a small squabble with another stylist, even going so far as to mock this other womens accent. This is all something I could deal with if I got a good haircut...but I was butchered. My sideburns are so screwed up I cant even cover it with a hat. Please, anybody reading this, take my advise...stay clear of Shari, you will regret it if you dont!

I just moved to the area and I get the idea its a cheap place to get a hair cut. That doesnt mean when you walk in you arent greeted or 10 minutes later the staff has you write your own name on a post it along with the people ahead of you. How hard is it to ask someones name and then write it down? I got bad vibes, and the haircuts arent even considered cheap anymore. It used to be 15 bucks and done. $17 now to be told to write my name down and keep track of who was there first isnt my job, its yours.

I like Supercuts, but this particular one was a dump and all of the staff were very demeaning. Dont go to this one....go to the one on Deming St., much better.
