My hairstylist Loretta was very nice but the place is a complete rip off. $100 for single process because its my first time there? Well guess what.....its normally $55.00 and you got my extra $45.00 - hand hopefully you loose a lot more business because of this review. My hair had to be fixed three times - I was crying - do you think the owner or receptionist showed the slightest concern? Nope. Just a sorry that happened to you its $100. I paid my elite 1st time customer enrollment fee- but I will NEVER be back. The least the owner could do is show some concern. Shame on you. Do not go here unless you want to waste your time and money.

By far the best salon I have been to. Really amazing service & you can tell that the stylists care about the health of your hair as well as making you look beautiful. Very friendly front desk, warm and welcoming environment. Elaine and Linda helped me and I fully enjoyed the experience! Highly recommend.

Kate the JR stylist is the best! I started out getting a haircut from her and I loved it. I had highlights and glaze for the first time and I get compliments all the time. They always seem to be accommodating and the people at the front desk are nice.

Thank you both Loretta and Hillary for my blowouts.Havent been able to use my hand because of surgery, The hair style stayed in over a week all three times I got it done.. The staff is professional and friendly.
