I just had the worst hair cut of my life at Supercuts East Longmeadow. After the insane pregnant lady yelled at me for have the name Brian, I was seated and grilled as to what size clippers to use. I explained that I was not sure because I have not had long hair in a few years, but I said that I would like to keep some length and trim the sides. She angrily chopped at my hair, cutting it much shorted that I had requested. Then entire time she complained about working there, her stupid co-workers, and the cold that she had. She rushed through the haircut, chopping at my hair with aggression and hurt me a few times. It was the scariest haircut I have ever experienced, she never once asked me how I was, she never told me her name, and she took out her horrible day on my hair. I now have to go to another barber to fix the bad job that she did. When I paid and left, she snorted at the $2 tip I gave her and scowled at me. This insane woman was angry, pregnant, and the worst barber/hair stylist I have ever met. Her bad day is reflected in my horrible haircut, which is uneven, choppy, and an overall bad job. I have worked on growing my hair out for three month, only to have a bitchy pregnant lady ruin it in five minutes. NEVER AGAIN shall I return to any Supercuts for fear of this insane pregnant woman.

2/19/2016 I walked in to get a hair cut I figured its a chain they know what there doing. I was wrong I asked for a hi fade pomp. Not only did she rush me I was there maybe 5 minutes. She cut all of my hair off than had the audacity to tell me it will grow back. She never itroduced herself .I had grown may hair out to get this cut. I ended up shaving my head at home because I was so embarrassed. It looked like a child cut my hair. Do not go to this supercuts at East longmeadow.I repeat!!! Worst experience ever .

Tried this location multiple times and everything was good at first but over time both my son and I received poor service and bad haircuts from multiple hair dressers. I tried to contact corporate customer service but never had any type of response from them. This location and this company will not be getting any type of business from me.

Really great haircuts place....most of them are good although Jenn G is my preferred person as she always listens to what you want and knows what you mean even if you cant explain it....great place and great atmosphere...the haircut people know how to have a nice conversation with you while cutting your hair.

I go there when ever I dont feel like doing my hair myself. I always aim to have Ashley because shes professional and funny and doors her job well. Ill only go if shes my barber. For 12 bucks its an ok cut.

We always receive the greatest cuts and service. To think that for many years I spent $80-$100 to get my hair done and now get BETTER results, in far less time and much less money.
